This website is the guest registration for the event’s lucky draws and pop quiz. You reach it by scanning a QR code at the venue.
What we collect
- Your first and last name.
- Your mobile number and email address.
- Your seat number, for the seat prize draw only.
- Your quiz answers and score, if you play the quiz.
- Your IP address and browser type, to stop duplicate and automated entries.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your email address with a one-time code.
- To enter you in the draws and the quiz you choose.
- To contact winners by email and check their ID when they collect a prize.
- To keep entries fair: one entry per guest for each experience.
What we never ask for
We never ask for passwords, bank card details or any payment. If anyone asks you for these in the event’s name, it is not us.
How we protect it
- Mobile numbers and email addresses are stored encrypted.
- The big screens at the venue may show names during a draw, but never phone numbers or email addresses.
- Only authorised event staff can see entries.
Sharing
Your details are used only for this event. We do not sell them and do not use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to run the event and hand over the prizes, then we delete them.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: one keeps you signed in during the event and one remembers your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask event staff at the venue to remove your entry at any time. Entering is optional and free.
